“Separating Positive thinking within thought process”
Thinking is a process which goes on without any effort, very often with unconscious mind too. But have you ever thought that…Is there any moment in your life, when you are thinking nothing, absolutely nothing???? No, Each and every moment our mind is thinking, we make our mind busy with lots of thoughts. But listen, there must be a period where you have to stop your mind, that period is very much important in that sense, that we can sprout a thought for life and very possibly can listen the inner voice too. Telling you the very simple and very effective process for thinking, that can process your thinking.
First step, Stop thinking. Yes, Stop thinking and watch your thoughts, write them down and identify them. What are you thinking?? why and how these thoughts came into your mind. Is that thoughts are positive or negative? If these are your positive thoughts then all the best!!! Implement it, execute it and enjoy it. But, What?? If these are confused, superfluous and negative? Yes, let the thought come in…Think about it, think about it and think about it. Think as much as you can, then think about the worst part..yes, the worst part…and Believe me, it will reduce your tension and half your worries, because now you are prepared for the worst part of the matter. You may even get carried away by your thoughts. Never- Ever mind it. It is purely natural and human behavior.
Second step, convert the thoughts. Yes, convert it into a positive thought, try to remember the pleasant event that took place with you in the past, it will surely bring out the positive thoughts from within. Because there were some positive thoughts within you which faced continuous ignorance. Immediately replacement of negative thoughts by the positive thoughts can do miracle, unbelievable things can happen. Because the quality of your thoughts decides the quality of outcomes we land up with.
So, the first step is for recognizing your thoughts, categorizing them, the second is for renovating it into positive thinking. Last but not the least, the third step, keep apart all your thoughts and start working over them with full of your mind and heart into it….this step can help you for organizing your thinking process and giving them a direction..beside, the one and the only thing that is happening with you…thinking, thinking and only thinking, but not doing anything in fact…So, all the best for all your thoughts…Let them come in, process them and enjoy them….
